Dalton Consulting Psychologist's New Book on Unspoken Expectations Due for May Release
Cross-Divisional Consulting Psychologist Linda Anderson, Ph.D. co-authored a new book available for pre-order titled, Silent Agreements: How to Free Your Relationships of Unspoken Expectations. Described as a resource on how to manage silent assumptions in relationships, the book, written with Drs. Sonia Banks and Michele Owens promises to help readers enhance personal growth, enhance relationships, forward professional development, and form a wellness plan.
Dr. Anderson graduated from Boston University with a double major in Spanish Language/Literature and Psychology and earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University. Aside from her part-time Dalton position, she has served as a staff psychologist in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Beth Israel Medical Center and has taught psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University, Bard College at Simons Rock as well as the City University of New York.
