Checkmate Fun: Dalton Kindergarten Chess Friendly A Resounding Success

Dalton continued its cherished annual tradition with the Kindergarten Chess Friendly, kicking off the First Program Chess Friendlies series. This cornerstone event in our community celebrates chess education and youth development, bringing together kindergartners, Middle School volunteers, chess coaches, and parent volunteers.
Over 45 enthusiastic young chess players gathered at Big Dalton to socialize and compete. The day was filled with excitement, fostering camaraderie, sportsmanship, and strategic thinking. The kindergartners played three rounds in a quad setup, welcoming all levels of experience.

Event Highlights:

Socializing and Learning:
