Lab in The First Program

The Laboratory, a cornerstone of the Dalton Plan, is introduced into the First Program as students pursue special projects and interests individually and in small groups. Teachers help students learn from the earliest ages that “Lab time” is a serious time for study and productive use of the school’s resources.
