The Varsity Indoor Track team has delivered notable performances during the league developmental meets, with many team members achieving personal bests. Highlights include junior Kannon Hunter setting a new school high jump record with a mark of 6'2". On the girls’ side, senior Corinna Moss reached a personal best with a jump of 4'7". Junior Jared Davis also set a school record in the 300-meter dash with a time of 36.93. The team anticipates continuing their progress at the next meet on Monday, January 13.

The Girls Varsity Squash team has begun the season with a 5-1 record, including a perfect 4-0 in league play. Lauren Nam’s fifth-game victory against Riverdale highlighted her undefeated individual record (4-0). Teammates Celine Ellis ’27 and Natalia Marquez ’26 have also made strong contributions, with Celine holding a 4-2 individual record and Natalia an impressive 5-1 record. The Boys Varsity Squash team holds a 3-2 overall record and a 2-1 league record, including a solid win against Poly Prep. Key contributors include Dylan Ellant ’27, who remains undefeated at the #1 seed, alongside Arjun Gill ’28 and Jack Korngold ’26, with all three boasting 4-0 individual records.

The Boys and Girls Varsity Swim teams are entering the core of their Ivy Prep League schedule. The Girls team began the season with a non-league victory against Friends Seminary. Both teams are now concentrating on preparations for the league and state championship meets in February, with swimmers striving to reach peak performance in the coming weeks. in the weeks ahead.

The Dalton Wrestling team showcased their skills in a tri-meet before Winter Break, securing decisive victories over The Martin Luther School (60-6) and the Lexington School for the Deaf (60-0). Key performances included pins by Stephan Leathers '26, Errol Henry '27, Jake Kleinhandler '27, and Luke Muratore '27. The team now focuses on upcoming league meets and the Martin Luther and Long Island Lutheran Wrestling Invitational tournaments.
