French Teacher Brings Dance to the Classroom

Mme. Le Minez is a professional dancer and has performed in many venues, including Dalton, while a student at Elfriede Merman’s Manhattan Ballet School. The class exposed students to character dance, a form of stylized folk dance prevalent in many famous ballets. Mm. Le Minez expressed the joy she felt in teaching at a school where interdisciplinary connections were encouraged and supported.
